First impression. The reference card is IYC as central agent at EUR 1,300,000 per week, captured 1 Nov 2026. One further source publishes in EUR: YachtCharterFleet at EUR 1,200,000, EUR 100,000 below the reference.
Swept 25 platforms · 5 unreachable · 2 publish a rate. Status compares same-currency cards with the reference; a difference under EUR 10,000 is within tolerance. A converted display is a house's own FX conversion of its card in another currency: shown, never compared. Every reading names the page it was read from: live pages link, archive captures are dated; a reading without a retained page is held and never enters a comparison.
Signals. One of eight. discount flag fires, cleanly and datedly: YachtCharterFleet's news desk (26.02.2026) reports PROJECT X released short 4-5 day Caribbean charters at reduced rates for last-minute booking, an explicit, dated, promotional discount off the standard weekly card, distinct from the EUR 1,200,000 headline. rate dispersion cannot fire: IYC EUR 1,200,000, NAU EUR 1,200,000 and YachtCharterFleet's USD card converting to EUR 1,198,950 agree to within EUR 1,050. currency fork HELD silent: the USD card reconciles to the EUR card at session FX with the conversion intact, one price in two currencies. stale FX HELD silent: implied EUR/USD on the conversion is ~1.1509 against session 1.1435, worth about EUR 7,700 on the base, below the EUR 10,000 threshold, though closer to it than most. No CA transition, no sale drift, no stale card.

IYC card, EUR: 2 distinct readings from 17 Jul 2026 to 19 Oct 2026, shown as captured. Seasons are not separated on every reading, so no movement is stated. Each point keeps its original date and currency; hollow points are archive captures of the card, solid points are current captures; a dashed run is a gap of more than eighteen months between readings, where the card is not shown to have held. One source, one currency: cross-source differences are dispersion, not drift. Longitudinal basis: single point.
88-92m, ten hulls, and PROJECT X lands in the tightest volume-match the record owns. 8 verified peers, indicative below the fifteen-vessel threshold. Peer median EUR 897,500 (the subject is not in the median). Every peer carries its own dossier reference; unverified comparables are never used.

01 · rate dispersion
The same week is published at EUR 1,200,000 by YachtCharterFleet and EUR 1,300,000 by IYC: an observable spread of EUR 100,000, 8% of the lower card.
PROJECT X came to us as a project name, not a vessel name, so this edition was an identity bind before it was a rate report, and the bind did real work. A register lookup returned her IMO under the name MARCO CHILENA 230, a 2,697 GT hull built in Chile in 2014, a record that on three fields refutes the 2,974 GT 2022 Golden Yachts flagship she actually is; only binding on five fields, and noticing that the MMSI is continuous across both records, resolved it as her own pre-completion history rather than a rival hull. Bound, she is a clean and valuable edition. Three structural predictions committed before searching all held: a motor yacht at 33.79 GT/m, EUR-per-gross-ton valid only within her rig class, and no absolute-rate prediction attempted. Her volume-per-metre drops her into the densest cluster the record owns, MOONLIGHT II 33.39, BARBARA 33.72, herself 33.79, where three hulls within four hundredths of a gross ton per metre charter at EUR 645,000, EUR 1,100,000 and EUR 1,200,000, reproducing the LUNA controlled triple a third time and refuting rate-per-GT yet again. She charters at exactly LUNA's EUR 1,200,000 from a different yard, and within her own builder she is a Freivokh/Massari departure from the Vafiadis Golden flagships O'PARI and O'PTASIA, which are named as cohort context but not counted, their payloads not on disk. Her book is clean but for one dated, honest discount flag, a short-charter release that reads better as a utilisation signal than as price noise, and her mandate is IYC on the evidence we could fetch, with a Camper & Nicholsons attribution from BOAT International left unbound because C&N is unreadable to us. The '19 guests' a snippet offered was corrected to 12 by fetching the page, the fourth edition running on which FETCH-not-INFER paid a visible dividend.
Intelligence Implications
For the charter broker
Her rate is clean and well-corroborated: EUR 1,200,000 low to EUR 1,300,000 high from IYC as presenting house, matched to the euro by NAU and by YachtCharterFleet's converted USD card. Two practical notes. First, confirm the mandate before you route a client, IYC clearly holds and prices her, but BOAT International names Camper & Nicholsons, so ask rather than assume. Second, she is actively offering short four- and five-day Caribbean charters at reduced rates for last-minute booking; for a client with a fixed week that's leverage, and for a client with flexible dates it's a genuinely accessible way onto a 2022 flagship.
For the owner's representative
She charters at exactly LUNA's EUR 1,200,000, a 2018 Oceanco flagship, from a different yard and at near-identical volume, which is a clean read on where a 2022 Golden Yachts flagship sits against the Dutch benchmark: level, not below. Her closest volume-match in verified data is BARBARA (33.72 GT/m to her 33.79) at EUR 1,100,000, so she carries a modest premium on recency and specification. The short-charter discount release is worth watching as a fill-rate signal rather than a price cut; a flagship offering four-day weeks in-season is managing availability, and that is information.
For the analyst
Three pre-registered structural predictions held and the rate was deliberately not predicted, the Maltese FALCON discipline maintained. She reproduces the controlled-triple result a third time (three hulls within 0.4 GT/m, rate spanning 1.9x), which should now be treated as settled: rate-per-GT is not a predictor in this band. The productive build is a verified Golden Yachts flagship cohort, O'PARI, O'PTASIA, VERTIGE, MALIA onto disk as sha-bound peers, giving a within-builder cross-design series. And the discount flag here is a utilisation proxy, not price noise: dated short-charter releases are occupancy information. Fix the € extraction defect this session as directed; it did not bite here only because every rate carried a matched prefix.

Records checked. Flag Malta, MMSI 229063000, a Paris MoU White List flag under her completed identity (Cayman under her prior Marco Chilena identity). Recorded as an identity/flag event across completion, not a conflict. Class Lloyd's Register; in service. Carried continuously through her Chilean-origin build record and her Golden Yachts completion. A RYA Training Centre certified yacht per the builder's own charter copy. PSC Paris MoU current detention and banning lists queried 2026-07-17; the static portal paths returned HTTP 404 for the twenty-eighth consecutive edition, documented path drift on our side, never a data absence, never attributed to Equasis. No detention or banning. Charter licence Not publicly queryable for a Malta-flagged commercial yacht; recorded as unqueried rather than clear. RYA Training Centre certification is noted as reported by the builder. Ownership chain traced via the registry record for IMO 1010727 and MMSI 229063000 to a Malta flag under her completed identity and a Cayman management entity under her prior Marco Chilena identity. Golden Yachts is the builder-operator; no beneficial-owner individual is asserted and the Cayman SPV name is withheld per doctrine. No achieved price, valuation or build cost is published; she is not brokered for sale on any fetched page, so no asking price is published. Longitudinal basis: single point.
